Q: What does shipping cost include?

A: The shipping cost includes a credit card fee, pick and pack and courier bag. The items in your basket calculate the size of the courier bag needed to safely contain all your items in the most efficient way. The courier bag we use is suitable for deliveries to urban and rural areas around New Zealand.

 

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply choose your product(s), add to basket, fill in your address and billing details and you'll receive an order confirmation once your payment has been confirmed.

 

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: We aim to ship your order the following working day. Courier delivery takes between 1 and 5 days depending on delivery address.

 

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Please contact us with your order details.

 

Q: I have received the wrong product, what should I do?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact us page.

 

Q: My product has been damaged during delivery, what should I do?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact us page.

 

Q: Can I change my order once it's complete?

A: Orders are shipped either same or next day so please contact us as soon as possible to change your order.

 

Q: I want to change/amend my order, how do I do that?

A: Please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Q: What courier company do you use? and is signature required?

A: We use Courierpost and you can choose at checkout whether or not you want signature required.

 

Q: If I buy more than one item do I get charged the one courier and handling cost?

A: Yes just one charge, the items in your basket will determine the size package and related cost needed.
